How should I prepare for my session?
Arrive a few minutes early to ground, hydrate, and take a few deep breaths before we begin. Wear comfortable clothes you can easily change out of, and come with an open mind- each session unfolds intuitively based on what your body needs that day.
Do I need to book a specific type of massage?
No- each treatment is custom-crafted. During your session, I intuitively blend modalities such as deep tissue, Thai, cupping, Gua Sha, and somatic touch depending on what your body communicates. All of our 90 and 120 minute sessions include add-ons, while our TMJ Harmony sessions include Gua Sha and focus solely on the face and neck.
What can I expect after a session?
Many clients feel deeply relaxed, grounded, or emotionally lighter. Some experience gentle fatigue or emotional release as the body integrates the work. Rest, hydration, and gentle movement help your system continue processing and balancing.
How often should I come in for a treatment?
It depends on your goals. For chronic tension, injury recovery, or nervous system regulation, bi-weekly or monthly sessions create lasting change. for maintenance or deeper embodiment, seasonal or intuitive visits work beautifully.
