All sessions are trauma-informed and tailored to your needs.

No referral is needed. You can book directly through our website or call (858) 306-1788. We welcome new clients at our Encinitas studio on Hermes Ave, open Wednesday through Saturday.

Your first visit begins with a brief check-in so we can understand what you're experiencing and what you're hoping to address. From there, the session is guided by your body's needs — not a formula.
